On September 2, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and Strike Taxable Years 2010 and 2011. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 1, 2021, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to 2010 and 2011. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion to dismiss at to 2010 and 2011.
