Appellant having moved for an extension of the deadline upon which this Court conditioned its previous stay of enforcement of the order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on September 3, 2014, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Andrew F. Embosky, Esq., dated December 23, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 29, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 29, 2014, and inserting in its place the date February 27, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that if the appeal is perfected on or before February 27, 2015, the appeal shall be added to the Court's calendar for the term commencing May 18, 2015.
