And for that reason we may not be in a position to afford the same level of deference that would otherwise be provided. Gardner v. Gardner, 2019 UT 28, ¶ 63 n.58, --- P.3d --- (explaining that without detailed findings of fact "it will be difficult for an appellate court to determine whether the district court's ultimate . . . determination was within its discretion"). ¶72 This is the position we find ourselves in here.
