On January 19, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction in this case. The case remains closed. However, on February 17, 2023, petitioner electronically filed a document at Docket Index No. 12.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the document electronically filed by petitioner at Docket Index No. 12 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.

Petitioner is advised that any future filings relating to her 2019 taxable year must be filed in the case at Docket No. 2187-23S.
