ORDER
On March 7, 2019, this court issued an opinion affirming the judgment of the trial court on the record because appellant did not file a brief. On March 8, 2019, appellant filed a motion for rehearing. The State responded to the motion for rehearing at our request.
We grant the motion for rehearing, reinstate the appeal, withdraw our opinion of March 7, 2019, and vacate our judgment of March 7, 2019. Appellant's brief is due on or before August 19 , 2019 .
