MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant's attorney has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal stating that appellant informed the trial court that he no longer desired to appeal and requested that his notice of appeal be withdrawn. The trial court's judgment contains a notation stating that appellant withdrew his appeal. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.2(a).
