Appellant's brief received August 15, 2024, states the names of multiple persons, including the complainant, who were minors at the time of the offense. Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(a) provides that sensitive data that may not be included in papers filed with the Court include "the name of any person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed." TEX. R. APP. P. 9.10(a)(3). Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief received August 15, 2024, and we ORDER appellant's counsel, Suzanne Kramer, to file on or before SEPTEMBER 3, 2024, an amended brief referring to any person, including the complainant, who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms, such as victim, complainant, etc.

We also ORDER Ms. Kramer to file with the amended brief a motion for extension of time to file the brief in accordance with this Court's order of July 31, 2024.
