Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due June 14, 2024. On June 26, 2024, this Court notified appellant's counsel, Suzanne Kramer, that appellant's brief was overdue and directed her to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief within ten days. As of the date of this order, neither appellant's brief nor a motion for extension of time to file the brief have been filed.

We ORDER Ms. Kramer to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before AUGUST 15, 2024. If appellant's brief and motion for extension are not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2).
