We REINSTATE this appeal.

Before the Court is appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief. We GRANT the motion and order the brief received with the motion filed as of the date of this order.

We VACATE this Court's order of May 30, 2024, to the extent the order required the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings and recommendations concerning appellant's counsel's failure to file appellant's brief. The trial court need not hold the hearing or make the findings.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tom Nowak, Presiding Judge, 366th Judicial District Court; Michael Gould, Collin County District Clerk; Antoinette Varela, Official Court Reporter, 366 District Court; and counsel for all parties.
