ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated for the trial court to appoint counsel. We were notified that Nicholas Quezada had been appointed to represent appellant. We DIRECT the Clerk to list Nicholas Quezada of the Dallas County Public Defender's Office as counsel for appellant.

The record was due March 30, 2020. The clerk's record has been filed but the reporter's record has not and we have had no communication from the court reporter. We ORDER court reporter Belinda Baraka to file the reporter's record in this appeal WITHIN TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Ernest White, Presiding Judge, 194th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Belinda Baraka, official court reporter, 194th Judicial District Court; Nicholas Quezada; and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
