Antonio GARCIA, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the County Court at Law No. 12, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 528149
Honorable Scott Roberts, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's brief was due on March 26, 2018. On April 19, 2018, after court-appointed attorney Suzanne Kramer had not filed the brief or a motion for extension of time to file the brief, we abated this appeal and remanded the cause to the trial court for an abandonment hearing.

On April 26, 2018, while the cause was abated, counsel filed Appellant's brief.

To avoid any further delays in this appeal, we WITHDRAW our April 19, 2018 order. We REINSTATE this appeal on the court's docket, and we REINSTATE the appellate timetable.

The State's brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 11th day of May, 2018.
