EDGAR MIGUEL GARCIA, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 1 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F15-20811-H

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On September 19, 2016, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the reporter's record had not been filed. On October 27, 2016, we received five volumes of the reporter's record. However, the master index indicated there are eight total volumes. On October 31, 2016, court reporter Crystal Jones contacted the Court and said she would be filing all eight volumes of the reporter's record by the end of the day. The complete eight volumes of reporter's record have now been filed.

Because findings are no longer necessary, we VACATE the September 19, 2016 order. We ORDER the eight volumes of the reporter's record filed as of the date of this order.
