No. 05-07-00842-CV (Tex. App. Sep. 12, 2007)

Opinion

No. 05-07-00842-CV

Opinion issued September 12, 2007.

On Appeal from County Court at Law No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-05-16923-B.

Before Justices MOSELEY, FRANCIS, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On July 3, 2007, appellant filed a notice of appeal in this case. On July 5, 2007, we notified appellant by letter that the $125 filing fee was due. On August 10, 2007, we sent appellant a second letter directing him to pay the filing fee. We gave appellant ten days to pay the filing fee, and we warned appellant that if he failed to comply with our directives within the time allowed, the appeal was subject to dismissal without further notice. Nevertheless, to date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.

Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 5, 42.3(c); Appendix to the Tex. R. App. P. (B)(1)(a).
