The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its August 15, 2016, order denying the petition for writ of mandate/prohibition and to issue an order directing respondent court to show cause why: (1) the Santa Clara County Superior Court does not have jurisdiction to grant the relief petitioner seeks; and (2) petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested.
