(2) Was the order of the Special Term denying plaintiffs' motion to strike from the answer of defendant Pan American Airways, Inc., the second affirmative defense, properly made? (3) Was the order of the Special Term denying plaintiffs' motion to strike from the answer of defendant Pan American Airways, Inc., the third affirmative defense, properly made?
