Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On June 1, 2021, the petition, at docket No. 19271-21, was filed challenging the notice of deficiency dated May 3, 2021, issued to petitioners for tax year 2018. On June 1, 2021, a second petition, at docket No. 19272-21, was filed challenging the same deficiency notice issued to petitioners for 2018.

On November 9, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Close on Ground of Duplication, at docket No. 19271-21, seeking to close that case as duplicative of the case at docket No. 19272-21. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to close. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to close. 1
