ARMANDO GARCIA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 10, 2023, petitioner's counsel Thomas A. Conradt filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Docket Index No. 11). By Order issued July 11, 2023, the Court directed Mr. Conradt to file a supplement to his motion. On July 12, 2023, Mr. Conradt filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel (Docket Index No. 13). Mr. Conradt indicates in his motions that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motions.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw Counsel (Docket Index No. 13) is recharacterized as a First Supplement to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 4, 2023, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to petitioner's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, as supplemented. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of the motion, as supplemented. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, as supplemented, respondent shall serve a copy of any filings on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
