MOSES J. GARCIA & KARINA GARCIA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's October 3, 2022, trial session in Phoenix, Arizona and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On May 11, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report, require additional time to receive and review the documents from third parties. We understand the parties are working toward resolution; as this Division has the next Phoenix, Arizona trial session, adding this case to that calendar appears to be an efficient way to provide new deadlines for resolution. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is set for trial at the Court's Phoenix, Arizona trial session, scheduled to commence on October 16, 2023, at 10:00 am, in Room 406, 4th Floor, Sandra Day O'Connor U.S. Courthouse, 401 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service of this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the October 16, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona trial session, filed on June 8, 2023.
