ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 14, 2021, petitioners filed a motion for continuance of trial. The motion states that the parties continue to work together to arrive at a basis for settlement. On September 24, 2021, pursuant to this Court's Order, respondent filed a response to petitioners' motion stating therein that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 26, 2021, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
