On December 30, 2021, petitioner erroneously filed an Ownership Disclosure Statement (Entry No. 6) even though Ms. Garcia is an individual taxpayer seeking review of the notice of deficiency issued to her for taxable year 2019, and not a nongovernmental corporation, a partnership, limited liability company filing a petition with the Court. See Tax Court Rule 20(c). The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Ownership Disclosure Statement (Entry No. 6) filed December 30, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case.
