This case was continued from the Court's October 19, 2020, Miami, Florida, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On August 17, 2021, respondent filed a status report in which he reported that petitioner Jose Garcia would produce certain documents by September 30, 2021. We will ask the parties to update the Court of the status of this case after these documents have been provided and reviewed. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 15. 2021. the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
