DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 29, 2012, for the Court to take judicial notice of three orders of the same court dated January 7, 2004 (Docket No. B-15418-02), June 9, 2005 (Docket No. B-2178-03), and August 22, 2005 (Docket No. B-15419-02), respectively, as well as certain material annexed to the motion papers as Exhibit E.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to take judicial notice of the three orders dated January 7, 2004, June 9, 2005, and August 22, 2005, is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
