On January 13, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On February 9, 2023, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing and the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered January 13, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to April 27, 2023. If, by April 27, 2023, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
