Appeal from the 379th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, Trial Court No. 2007-CR-0737, Honorable Bert C. Richardson, Judge Presiding. DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Sitting: KAREN ANGELINI, Justice, SANDEE BRYAN MARION, Justice, PHYLIS J. SPEEDLIN, Justice.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pursuant to a plea-bargain agreement, Henry Garay pled guilty to Aggravated Robbery and was sentenced to 10 years confinement at the TDCJ-ID and a fine of $1,500.00 in accordance with the terms of his plea-bargain agreement. On July 16, 2007, appellant filed a Pro Se Notice of Appeal that did not contain the judge's certification of his right to appeal. Accordingly, this court ordered the trial court clerk to file a clerk's record on CD-ROM containing the certification of Garay's right to appeal, along with other specified documents. On August 23, 2007, Appellant's counsel on appeal, Angela Moore, filed a letter advising this court that after reviewing the electronic judicial records in this case, appellant had no right of appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(d). See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(d), 37.1; Daniels v. State, 110 S.W.3d 174 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 2003, order).
