On September 28, 2022, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision, which was entered by the Court on October 7, 2022. On October 7, 2022, without any explanation or the filing of a motion to vacate the previously entered stipulated decision, the parties filed another proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed October 7, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
