ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Daniel P. Gant ("Movant") appeals from the motion court's denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 24.035 amended motion for post-conviction relief. He pleaded guilty to the class D felony of aggravated stalking (Count I) and the class C felony of tampering with a victim (Count II). He was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to two concurrent terms of seven years of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

All rule references are to the Missouri Rules of Criminal Procedure, unless otherwise indicated.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find no error of law. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order. The judgment is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
