679 So. 2d 77 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1996)

Opinion

No. 95-4228.

September 11, 1996.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Edward Fine, Judge. L.T. Case No. CD 93-3015 FY.

Michael J. Quarequio, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

No brief filed for appellee.

The trial court erred when it concluded that it had lost jurisdiction to consider a motion to award attorney's fees and costs incurred prior to final judgment since the court had expressly retained jurisdiction to do so in the final judgment of dissolution. We therefore reverse and remand.

DELL, KLEIN and PARIENTE, JJ., concur.
