DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to consolidate, for extension of time to perfect appeals, for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate, for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to December 19, 2011.
