Appellants having moved and cross-moved for extensions of time to perfect their appeals taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on October 1, 2015,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are granted, and appellants shall perfect their appeals on or before September 16, 2016, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
