ALEXIA C. GANNON & JASON L. GANNON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the March 21, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, and respondent moved without objection on February 17, 2022 for a continuance. Respondent recently reported that the parties are still in settlement discussions and petitioner recently submitted additional substantiation documents, which includes new information that was not previously submitted during audit or any earlier phase of litigation. This is a significant amount of information that will take time for respondent to review. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before November 18, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
