ORDER

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 3, 2023, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the Boston, Massachusetts, trial session scheduled to begin on March 6, 2023, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before April 7, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports if a joint report is not possible) of the then-present status of this case. In the event that no settlement is reached before the status report is due, then the status report should contain each of the parties' availability for trial in June and July of 2023, and the estimated amount of trial time.
