1. The parties must file on or before September 11, 2005, a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal. Non-compliance may result in a dismissal or a judgment in the action without further notice.

2. All pending motions are DENIED as MOOT

3. This case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED.
