On January 28, 2015, the Court granted Mr. David L. Richards' motion to withdraw and abated the appeal pending the appointment of substitute appellate counsel. The Court has received and filed the appointment of substitute counsel. The appeal is therefore reinstated. The Appellant's motion for rehearing is due fifteen days from the date of this Order.
