The applicants, Richard J. Muslow, and Muslow & Juneau, L.L.C., seek supervisory review of the portion of the trial court's January 4, 2024, ruling denying in part their peremptory exception of no cause of action. Exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. Herlitz Const. Co. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, 396 So.2d 878 (La. 1981). On the showing made, this writ is denied.
