John M. Gamber Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge.

This case was on the Court's March 15, 2021 trial calendar for St. Paul, Minnesota. We continued it because Mr. Gamber promised to exchange information with the IRS to substantiate his deductions. Respondent had reported that Mr. Gamber hadn't finished that production, but in a phone call with the parties on September 27, 2021 we learned that he had recently finished getting all the documents to the IRS. The Commissioner expects the remaining work on the case to be computational. Progress having resumed and the case apparently nearing completion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 27, 2021, the parties shall submit a stipulated decision or respondent shall file a status report about their efforts to settle the case.
