On January 22, 2024, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that those documents appear to be signed on behalf of respondent by an attorney who has not entered an appearance in this proceeding.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 21, 2024, the attorney signing the Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision for respondent shall file an Entry of Appearance in this case.
