ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 12, 2024, petitioner's attorney, Robert L. Goldstein, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. On August 13, 2024, filed a First Supplement to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Petitioner's attorney represents in his motion, as supplemented, that petitioner was provided notice concerning the motion but never responded, and that respondent has stated no objection.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 5, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the above-referenced motion, as supplemented. The Court will take appropriate action after the period for a timely objection. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve this Order on petitioner at his address in the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the above-referenced motion, respondent shall serve a copy of any filings on petitioner at his address in the Court's record.
