Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's Notice of Proceedings in Bankruptcy, filed August 28, 2024, and taking into account statements made by respondent's counsel when the case was called from the calendar in Dallas Texas, on September 9, 2024, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss, filed May 24, 2024, is void and without effect. It is further

ORDERED that except as provided in the following paragraph, further proceedings in this case are stayed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 362(a)(8). It is further

ORDERED that the parties in a joint written report or separate written reports, advise the Court of the status of the bankruptcy proceedings that prompted the filing of the above-referenced notice.
