PAUL GALLO & MELISSA GALLO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

On March 4, 2024, petitioners filed a document with a cover page titled "Stipulation of Settlement" (Doc. 8). Upon review of that document, it appears that petitioners attached both a Decision and a Settlement Stipulation in one document. Moreover, the Decision and Settlement Stipulation appear to be missing respondent's signature. The document is an improper filing because the Decision and the Settlement Stipulation must be filed separately and signed by respondent's counsel. Accordingly, the Court will strike this filing.

Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioners' document with cover page titled "Stipulation of Settlement" filed March 4, 2024 (Doc. 8), is hereby stricken from the record of this case.
