This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On October 28, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance (Doc. 30). By Order served October 31, 2022, respondent's Motion for Continuance was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On November 4, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 33), together with a Memorandum of Facts and Law in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 34).

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 19, 2022, respondent shall file a reply, if any, to petitioner's response.
