The petition in this case was filed in April 2017. The case was continued from the Court's January 7, 2019, Los Angeles trial session and was put on a status report schedule. Since that date the parties have filed 19 joint or separate status reports. On June 10, 2022, respondent filed another status report stating that "the parties still need to attempt to finalize a settlement." In consideration of information contained in the report, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 15, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents. If no decision documents are filed by that date, the Court will set this case for trial.
