The judgment is affirmed without prejudice to the plaintiff's filing a timely motion in the Superior Court for relief therefrom under Mass. R. Civ. P. 60(b) (1), such motion to be supported by an affidavit to the effect that the reference to "Mr. McCarthy" in the first line of par. 5 of the plaintiff's previous affidavit was inadvertent and that the reference intended was to the defendant.
