ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On May 6, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar during the Court's May 13, 2024, Chicago, Illinois trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed May 6, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before June 12, 2024, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
