An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 20, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom (M-7413), And plaintiffs-respondents having cross-moved for a stay of trial pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, only in the event defendant-appellant's motion is granted (M-7603), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-7413) and cross motion (M-7603) are granted on condition that the appeal is perfected for the February 2020 Term.
