Dismissed and remanded to CA 1/1. Review in the above-captioned matter, which was granted and held for Sanchez v. Valencia Holding Co. LLC (2015) 61 Cal.4th 899, 190 Cal.Rptr.3d 812, 353 P.3d 741, is hereby dismissed in accordance with the request of petitioner's counsel in a letter dated April 23, 2020. ( Cal.
