DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 3, 2020. The appeal by Telephone Realty Company and Verizon New York, Inc., was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants Telephone Realty Company, and Verizon New York, Inc., in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of their appeal and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the dismissal of the appeal by Telephone Realty Company and Verizon New York, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) is vacated, and on or before August 30, 2021, the appellants Telephone Realty Company and Verizon New York, Inc., shall serve and file their appellants' brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their appellants' brief and upload a digital copy of their appellants' brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
