Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation and the statement of David M. Lee, Esq., dated March 13, 2014, and March 21, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Eric B. Grossman, Esq., dated March 19, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
