Steven Anthony Gaioni, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent

ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY CHIEF JUDGE

On January 20, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, upon review of the former, the Court notes that, although the Settlement Stipulation states that Statements of Account (Forms 3623) are attached thereto for the taxable years 2015 and 2017, no such document appears to have been so attached for 2015.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation, filed January 20, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 10, 2022, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation.
