This case is currently calendared on the Court's Denver, Colorado trial session, scheduled to begin April 24, 2023.

Upon review, it has come to the Court's attention that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice of deficiency for tax year 2022 issued to petitioner Randy Vance Gage, upon which this case is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to Mr. Gage, upon which this case is based.
