Upon due consideration of the joint Motion to Submit Case Pursuant to Rule 122 of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, and the First Stipulation of Facts that the parties filed January 27, 2022, in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, remote trial session commencing February 7, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced joint motion is granted in that this case is submitted to Judge Mary Ann Cohen for disposition. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall file simultaneous opening briefs on or before April 25, 2022, and simultaneous answering briefs on or before June 9, 2022. 1
